Celta de Vino's Guillermo Rallo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Jaen in the 15th minute of play. Cortez Moreira struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Jokin Cameno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celta de Vino. After 25 played minutes Celta de Vino got a freekick which was hit by Liberto Checa. In a very dangerous position, a player in Celta de Vino fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! 33 minutes into the game, Liberto Checa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jokin Cameno. Liberto Checa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 37th minute, Villamardones SD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Allahyar Äzizbäyov fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Zadornin Palacios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jokin Cameno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Villamardones SD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zadornin Palacios fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Villamardones SD's goalkeeper Jokin Cameno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Celta de Vino's Guillermo Rallo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moisés Quintas in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bazil Cruz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bazil Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Moisés Quintas came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Villamardones SD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moisés Quintas couldn't finish the play. After 59 minutes of play, Celta de Vino's Bazil Cruz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jokin Cameno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moisés Quintas hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Villamardones SD's Anibal Verges got a free kick in the 70th minute. Guillermo Rallo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Liberto Checa came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Celta de Vino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liberto Checa couldn't finish the play. Celta de Vino's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Inocencio Jaen scored to the left of an out of position Guillermo Rallo, making the score, 2-2. 85 minutes into the match, Bazil Cruz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jokin Cameno. Villamardones SD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bazil Cruz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Villamardones SD's Inocencio Jaen got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Liberto Checa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liberto Checa struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Jokin Cameno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celta de Vino. A collision led to Celta de Vino getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Liberto Checa hit a great ball. Celta de Vino's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
