Geofredo Duran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Colsa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Marco Colsa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geofredo Duran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balesio Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nuno Rey was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Toparas booed when Castellnou De Montsec SAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Rey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rexino Verdeja didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Apoena Sirvent went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Nuno Rey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rexino Verdeja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Toparas getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Teo Encina hit a great ball. If Carlos Checa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Toparas players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Castellnou De Montsec SAD from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
