Saul Muelas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Calatayud in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Autzagana CF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Normando Quintanilla was slow to take the kick. During this time OM's players had a chance to rest. In the 22nd minute, Romano Fresnos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sancho Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tino Figueres during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, OM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tino Figueres to maneuver through the defense. Romano Fresnos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Fertus Galego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fertus Galego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romano Fresnos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in OM's zone, Sancho Torres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fertus Galego came out of the goal and Sancho Torres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 54 minutes, Ricardo Cifuentes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Autzagana CF and the OM players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Ricardo Cifuentes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tino Figueres was shown his second yellow card after 56 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Tino Figueres kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Fertus Galego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romano Fresnos in the 60th minute of play. Apolo Estruch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Romano Fresnos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saul Muelas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Estruch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Frances Murcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Saul Muelas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Silverio Calatayud kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Fresco Bargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Fertus Galego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sancho Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fertus Galego having to interfere.
