After 7 minutes of play, Playa Del Arenal FC's Garoa Lorenzo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Estefan Zamora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Garoa Lorenzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Estefan Zamora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Playa Del Arenal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aita De Pedro came free, but Hanot Alcalde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garoa Lorenzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Garoa Lorenzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrés-Fernando Carreira during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Playa Del Arenal FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! 2-1 came through a penalty shot after 33 played minutes, when Tortonda:s Freddy Naranjo calmly waited for Playa Del Arenal FC:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Vitor Barral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Hanot Alcalde made a huge save. In the 40th minute, Vitor Barral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Playa Del Arenal FC's Hanot Alcalde got control of the ball when Vitor Barral tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aita De Pedro was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitor Barral in the 54th minute of play forced Playa Del Arenal FC's goalkeeper Hanot Alcalde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Tortonda's Platon Lermo got a free kick in the 61st minute. Ignacio Lagunas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Estefan Zamora having to interfere. Edmundo Japón's late challenge caught a Playa Del Arenal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmundo Japón helped the player get up and apologised. Edmundo Japón hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Vitor Barral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tortonda's supporters rose to their feet, but Vitor Barral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hanot Alcalde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hanot Alcalde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitor Barral in the 73rd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Playa Del Arenal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vitor Barral came free, but Hanot Alcalde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Playa Del Arenal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Japón came free, but Hanot Alcalde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Tortonda's goal looked a bit too open when Garoa Lorenzo came free, but Estefan Zamora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
