Celio Montero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Teo Casals tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 10 minutes, Quirze Japón managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palma SP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quirze Japón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrea Mendez kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Quirze Japón took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Teo Casals to make any attempt to save it. Celio Montero might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teo Casals. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celio Montero ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 20 minutes, Quirze Japón managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palma SP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quirze Japón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Indalecio Villar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Indalecio Villar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Bermudez, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Altea La Vella C.F.'s Aquilino Bermudez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Indalecio Villar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With a little luck, Altea La Vella C.F.'s Teo Casals got control of the ball when Celio Montero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Palma SP's Celio Montero got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aquilino Bermudez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elias Rapado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Indalecio Villar having to interfere. Celio Montero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Palma SP's Guillermo Flores got a free kick in the 74th minute. Indalecio Villar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elias Rapado went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Indalecio Villar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Rapado in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quirze Japón in the 81st minute of play forced Altea La Vella C.F.'s goalkeeper Teo Casals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quirze Japón scored 3-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teo Casals, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elias Rapado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Indalecio Villar having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Quirze Japón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palma SP walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
