Spectators: 6684 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 0) Getxo FC's Delfino Serrano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Balesio Losantos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lluc Quintas. Balesio Losantos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A collision led to Biniamar getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Musko Quintas hit a great ball. Valerio Echavarri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Gonza Serena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Getxo FC's Delfino Serrano got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Biniamar's Lucio Landa got a free kick in the 16th minute. Delfino Serrano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gonza Serena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Biniamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Landa to maneuver through the defense. Delfino Serrano might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gonza Serena. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Delfino Serrano ran back to his position shaking his head. Gonza Serena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delfino Serrano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Biniamar's Musko Quintas got a free kick in the 26th minute. Gonza Serena didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delfino Serrano went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Delfino Serrano struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Gonza Serena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Getxo FC. 42 minutes into the game, Zarbonin Ribeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Getxo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Biniamar the free kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Balesio Losantos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Delfino Serrano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Gonza Serena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Delfino Serrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zarbonin Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonza Serena having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Delfino Serrano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Getxo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delfino Serrano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Musko Quintas hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Gonza Serena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Delfino Serrano's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After 69 played minutes Biniamar got a freekick which was hit by Luis-Jose santillana. If Delfino Serrano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delfino Serrano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Gonza Serena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zarbonin Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. Espiridion Lama received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Gonza Serena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Biniamar's zone, Delfino Serrano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonza Serena came out of the goal and Delfino Serrano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Zarbonin Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Getxo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zarbonin Ribeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonza Serena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Getxo FC's Lluc Quintas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Landa in the 88th minute of play. When Delfino Serrano came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Getxo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delfino Serrano couldn't finish the play. Taio Jubera kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Biniamar succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Getxo FC had controlled the match.
