If Jordi Griful had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zumar Balcells struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Xurde Casanova didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Numancia. 9 minutes into the match, C.D.CARNICERO's goal looked a bit too open when Jordi Griful came free, but Xurde Casanova reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kemen Urbieta kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to C.D.CARNICERO getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Gabino Zabalo hit a great ball. C.D.CARNICERO's Xurde Casanova played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jordi Griful in the 13th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, CD Numancia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xian Colsa to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, C.D.CARNICERO's Ernesto Companys sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lope Sobera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jordi Griful's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xurde Casanova read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Genaro Galego took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xurde Casanova. Xurde Casanova dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The C.D.CARNICERO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CD Numancia were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iban Leseduarte to strike the kick off in the second half. Jordi Griful might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xurde Casanova. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jordi Griful ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iban Leseduarte in the 60th minute of play forced CD Numancia's goalkeeper Lope Sobera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CD Numancia! In the 67th minute, Dalmai Lopez de Toro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordi Griful in the 70th minute of play forced C.D.CARNICERO's goalkeeper Xurde Casanova to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.D.CARNICERO's Xurde Casanova proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save C.D.CARNICERO from getting a goal against them. After having played for 85 minutes, Jordi Griful managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Numancia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jordi Griful was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dalmai Lopez de Toro charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmai Lopez de Toro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute, Dalmai Lopez de Toro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute, CD Numancia's Jordi Griful ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xurde Casanova. Xurde Casanova yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. CD Numancia played a much better game than C.D.CARNICERO and deserved their victory. The C.D.CARNICERO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
