Henric Tobias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Furman Dobale in the 12th minute of play. Ionut Toma lost his temper 17 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sevilla FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! 22 minutes into the game, Feliu Babia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sotil Arias. Feliu Babia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Sabin De Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henric Tobias having to interfere. Sotil Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walme Treviño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. García Feliu's late challenge caught a Sevilla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. García Feliu helped the player get up and apologised. García Feliu kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, Sevilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordarin Cartagena to maneuver through the defense. Sevilla FC's Vitin Acedo got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute, Sudanell's Walme Treviño ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sotil Arias. Sotil Arias yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Sotil Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliu Babia, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, García Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sudanell's supporters rose to their feet, but García Feliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sotil Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitin Acedo got free with Henric Tobias in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliu Babia in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sotil Arias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sevilla FC's Vincente Caballero quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eliseo Figueroa, made in the 66th minute of the game. The supporters of Sudanell booed when Sevilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manoel de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sevilla FC's attentive Sabin De Silva managed to snatch the ball when Dionisio Vuelta made a throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game. If Vitin Acedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xuan Campos hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Sotil Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Vuelta in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute García Feliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sotil Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Manoel de Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sotil Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from García Feliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that García Feliu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sotil Arias was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sudanell had won after a very even match.
