With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giro Macías in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beturian Perez saved LEONES F.C from getting behind. The LEONES F.C fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when LEONES F.C's Rafael Camaño looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tome Serena hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. A collision led to LEONES F.C getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Oton Arraz hit a great ball. Arbidel Zaplana's late challenge caught a Black Cat C.F.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arbidel Zaplana helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to LEONES F.C getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Arbidel Zaplana hit a great ball. Chayo Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oton Arraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Rafael Camaño might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chayo Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafael Camaño ran back to his position shaking his head. Chayo Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oton Arraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Black Cat C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Oton Arraz came free, but Chayo Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giro Macías to strike the kick off in the second half. Rafael Camaño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Chayo Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oton Arraz in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chayo Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tome Serena hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Oton Arraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute Oton Arraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chayo Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rafael Camaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chayo Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oton Arraz in the 85th minute of the match. In the 97th minute of the match Mino Vadillos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chayo Machado skillfully saved the ball. LEONES F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
