Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Taurino Gimenez kicked off to start the match. Avellano Ponce De Leon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aznaro Doblas came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Castellfollit De Riubregos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aznaro Doblas couldn't finish the play. Rosendo Castro was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eron Fuster. In the 9th match minute, El Recuenco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Maestro to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in El Recuenco's zone, Avellano Ponce De Leon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Castro came out of the goal and Avellano Ponce De Leon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urtsua Landa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aznaro Doblas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Rosendo Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Avellano Ponce De Leon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Castro having to interfere. Koldo Munoz's late challenge caught a Castellfollit De Riubregos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Koldo Munoz helped the player get up and apologised. Koldo Munoz hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Rosendo Castro was a little too slow when Urtsua Landa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-0. Rosendo Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Llinares in the 36th minute of the match. After 36 played minutes El Recuenco got a freekick which was hit by Dacio Cuadrado. Eron Fuster hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, El Recuenco's goalkeeper Rosendo Castro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urtsua Landa. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aznaro Doblas to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Aznaro Doblas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rosendo Castro was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Aristides Maestro hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Rosendo Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aznaro Doblas, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Avellano Ponce De Leon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rosendo Castro having to make a save. Urtsua Landa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Urtsua Landa in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rosendo Castro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Aznaro Doblas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosendo Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urtsua Landa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lucas Revuelta might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carolo Pedraza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Revuelta ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 69 minutes, Urtsua Landa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castellfollit De Riubregos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urtsua Landa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute Urtsua Landa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosendo Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jokin Cañadas, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Urtsua Landa struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Rosendo Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castellfollit De Riubregos. Rosendo Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aznaro Doblas in the 76th minute of the match. In the 79thth minute of the game Aznaro Doblas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Recuenco's Rosendo Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urtsua Landa in the 81st minute of play forced El Recuenco's goalkeeper Rosendo Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aznaro Doblas in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rosendo Castro saved El Recuenco from getting behind. When Aznaro Doblas came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Castellfollit De Riubregos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aznaro Doblas couldn't finish the play. Rosendo Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urtsua Landa in the 91st minute of play. If Avellano Ponce De Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aznaro Doblas in the 96th minute of play forced El Recuenco's goalkeeper Rosendo Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Castellfollit De Riubregos fully deserved thier win.
