Spectators: 6692 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 0) Sagrera Club de Futbol's Aita Talavera started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Esteve Rienda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barakaldo C.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Esteve Rienda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Casimiro Aguilo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Sagrera Club de Futbol getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Aristides Naranjo hit a great ball. If Esteve Rienda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Barakaldo C.F. fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Barakaldo C.F.'s Niceto Mendez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Esteve Rienda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Esteve Rienda sped through Sagrera Club de Futbol's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Casimiro Aguilo. Casimiro Aguilo came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Barakaldo C.F.'s Esteve Rienda. But to his dismay, Esteve Rienda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 40 minutes into the game, Esteve Rienda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Casimiro Aguilo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Barakaldo C.F. were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Niceto Mendez struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Casimiro Aguilo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barakaldo C.F.. Esteve Rienda in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Casimiro Aguilo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Niceto Mendez might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casimiro Aguilo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niceto Mendez ran back to his position shaking his head. Esteve Rienda struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Casimiro Aguilo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barakaldo C.F.. Niceto Mendez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casimiro Aguilo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. In the 80th minute Niceto Mendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Aguilo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteve Rienda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Sagrera Club de Futbol defense, Esteve Rienda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casimiro Aguilo. The Sagrera Club de Futbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casimiro Aguilo should have stopped the shot. In the 89th minute, Haitz Olmedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casimiro Aguilo came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Barakaldo C.F.'s Esteve Rienda. But to his dismay, Esteve Rienda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Barakaldo C.F.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
