With a left leg Julián Gimenez saved Prosperitat C.F. from getting behind. When Claris Urquijo came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Prosperitat C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claris Urquijo couldn't finish the play. After 27 played minutes Pedro de Valdivia FC got a freekick which was hit by Allan Lindgren. Claris Urquijo struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Xano Macia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prosperitat C.F.. Adrián Cortes kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th match minute, Pedro de Valdivia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Riells to maneuver through the defense. Adrián Cortes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xano Macia having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Pedro de Valdivia FC's Xano Macia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Montes in the 53rd minute of play. After 55 played minutes, Prosperitat C.F.'s Celino Calderon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xano Macia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Prosperitat C.F. reached it. In the 59th minute of the match, Xandro Izaguirre tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julián Gimenez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Pedro de Valdivia FC's Kiko Buenafuente quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aimar Moreno, made in the 63rd minute of the game.
