When Edilberto Veloso came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Fesport FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edilberto Veloso couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xilo Gil during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th match minute, FC GAMERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xilo Gil to maneuver through the defense. Ramos Ecija fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Vazquez having to interfere. When Edilberto Veloso came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Fesport FC fans jumped to their feet. After a rather tough play, FC GAMERS's Doroteo Andres got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 17th match minute, FC GAMERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gizon Folch to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FC GAMERS's zone, Arnau Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteve Vazquez came out of the goal and Arnau Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, FC GAMERS's Gizon Folch ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juan-Luis Rodriguez. Juan-Luis Rodriguez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ramos Ecija fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Vazquez having to interfere. During the 28th minute of the match Xilo Gil completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Xilo Gil a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 29th minute, Xilo Gil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteve Vazquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnau Ortiz in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, FC GAMERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gizon Folch to maneuver through the defense. Arnau Ortiz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esteve Vazquez having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in FC GAMERS's zone, Adolfo de Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteve Vazquez came out of the goal and Adolfo de Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnau Ortiz in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esteve Vazquez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The long shot by Muno Zubiaga in the 46th minute really tested Juan-Luis Rodriguez's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of FC GAMERS booed when Fesport FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnau Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramos Ecija made a kick off. Adolfo de Senna charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo de Senna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC GAMERS booed when Fesport FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Luis Rodriguez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doroteo Andres's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Juan-Luis Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doroteo Andres in the 81st minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Fesport FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
