Lolo Garrido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonsalvo Griful having to interfere. If Bardo Uria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Bardo Uria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonsalvo Griful. Silos De Calañas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bardo Uria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 26 played minutes Silos De Calañas got a freekick which was hit by Jose-Juan Lorenzo. Teobaldo Saura struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Eduardo Bacete didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silos De Calañas. In the 40th minute, Hori Freire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Silos De Calañas getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Teobaldo Saura hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bardo Uria in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonsalvo Griful prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teobaldo Saura made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Bardo Uria put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gonsalvo Griful. After having played for 56 minutes, Antimo Morera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilches's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antimo Morera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After taking down the ball on Silos De Calañas's corner Idacio Guerrero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eduardo Bacete quite easily take care of the ball.
