The attack was good, but when Benigno Berriotxoa in the 21st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Iratze Dellasierra came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by The Peas FC's Benigno Berriotxoa. But to his dismay, Benigno Berriotxoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Iratze Dellasierra came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by The Peas FC's Olov Hellsing. But to his dismay, Olov Hellsing quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 32 minutes into the match, The Peas FC's Benigno Berriotxoa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iratze Dellasierra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Iratze Dellasierra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Hellsing, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Extremadura U.D.'s zone, Benigno Berriotxoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iratze Dellasierra came out of the goal and Benigno Berriotxoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Berriotxoa in the 39th minute of play forced Extremadura U.D.'s goalkeeper Iratze Dellasierra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Patricio Santalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Extremadura U.D.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Santalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacob Moreno hit a great ball. Cheche Vives took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iratze Dellasierra. Extremadura U.D.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nacho Casero to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Extremadura U.D.'s Eneas Solera got a free kick in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olov Hellsing got free with Iratze Dellasierra in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iratze Dellasierra had great luck who in the 53rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Benigno Berriotxoa from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 54 minutes into the match, Olov Hellsing notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Extremadura U.D.'s Iratze Dellasierra. Iratze Dellasierra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Olov Hellsing managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Peas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Olov Hellsing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iratze Dellasierra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute Nacho Casero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilen Silvestre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olov Hellsing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Iratze Dellasierra made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nacho Casero in the 66th minute of play forced The Peas FC's goalkeeper Gilen Silvestre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Benigno Berriotxoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Peas FC's Ignacio Teruel was substituted for Pacorro Alarcon. Gilen Silvestre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nacho Casero in the 73rd minute of the match. If Benigno Berriotxoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benigno Berriotxoa did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Iratze Dellasierra 79 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nacho Casero in the 83rd minute of play forced The Peas FC's goalkeeper Gilen Silvestre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Olov Hellsing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iratze Dellasierra was a little too slow when Benigno Berriotxoa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-5. The Extremadura U.D. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. The Peas FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
