Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gilberto Urbieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aritz Gibert, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 13 minutes New Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristobal Maroto who took care of the corner kick. Gilberto Urbieta made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Barros Domingo sent off a good shot on target. Barros Domingo kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 36thth minute. Though ot was a great shot New Team's keeper Gilberto Urbieta was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. When Illan Marques fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barcena UD's protests and gave Illan Marques a yellow card for diving instead. Montay Mora took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonsalve Garzon. Gonsalve Garzon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Cuevas in the 47th minute of play forced Barcena UD's goalkeeper Gonsalve Garzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Illan Marques hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aritz Gibert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Montay Mora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Aritz Gibert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70thth minute of the game Aritz Gibert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Team's Gilberto Urbieta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Montay Mora managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Montay Mora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gonsalve Garzon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Telesforo Ortiz charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Berriotxoa Munoz charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Berriotxoa Munoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 98th minute, Montay Mora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Barcena UD fans cheered their team off the field, for while New Team had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
