Avellano Contratas kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Josu Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nacho Morales in the 14th minute of the match. Nevada Marquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tirso Rey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After 23 played minutes BIRRAS UNITED SSC got a freekick which was hit by Avellano Contratas. After 29 played minutes, Sondika FC's Louis Buenafuente shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Josu Lara came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sondika FC reached it. The supporters of BIRRAS UNITED SSC booed when Sondika FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Paz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Sondika FC's goalkeeper Tirso Rey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rai Roman.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nacho Morales stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sondika FC's Tirso Rey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nevada Marquez in the 56th minute of play. After 63 played minutes, Sondika FC's Louis Buenafuente shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Josu Lara came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sondika FC reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Sondika FC's Anatolio Castelao slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Josu Lara. That made the score 0-1 after 70 minutes of play. In the 82nd minute, Avellano Contratas made a precise shot to the right of Tirso Rey. Sondika FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 94th minute, Anatolio Castelao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 98th minute of the match, Nacho Morales got a very nice opportunity to score, but Josu Lara was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
