In the 15th minute, Cipriano Nóbrega got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Casillas De Coria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Nóbrega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zeledon Bartumeu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Nóbrega in the 27th minute of the match. Casillas De Coria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jef Houwing was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Casillas De Coria's Cipriano Nóbrega sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Bartumeu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Nóbrega was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Cipriano Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casillas De Coria's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Nóbrega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Bartumeu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jef Houwing got free with Zeledon Bartumeu in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led Casillas De Coria's Cipriano Nóbrega to fire away a dangerous shot which Zeledon Bartumeu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Casillas De Coria's Hurko Rico got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Edmundo Quintero struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Zeledon Bartumeu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casillas De Coria. Zeledon Bartumeu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Nóbrega in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Inguma Pabon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cipriano Nóbrega had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. Zeledon Bartumeu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cipriano Nóbrega showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 85 minute of play.
