Spectators: 7188 (Terracing: 5494, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 10) Urbano Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st match minute, Albal CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asensio Contreras to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Benvide Urbieta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 minutes of play, Albal CF's Tipi Delgado made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Suarez was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the match, Albal CF's goal looked a bit too open when Henric Gil came free, but Simon Segura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Urbano Gil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Suarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Urbano Gil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tipi Delgado scored 3-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dionisio Suarez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Manuel Rubio's goal looked a bit too open when Tipi Delgado came free, but Dionisio Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tipi Delgado made a kick off. The supporters of Manuel Rubio booed when Albal CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iyan Bargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Segura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henric Gil in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Tipi Delgado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dionisio Suarez was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 71 played minutes, Albal CF's Xilo Aguilo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dionisio Suarez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Albal CF reached it. In the 75th minute Enrique Gómez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Suarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Rubio's Dionisio Suarez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Gómez in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Manuel Rubio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benvide Urbieta to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Albal CF getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Iyan Bargas hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Manuel Rubio's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Gil came free, but Dionisio Suarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Albal CF's Simon Segura got control of the ball when Guilabertus Sánchez tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Urbano Gil came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Albal CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbano Gil couldn't finish the play. Iyan Bargas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Manuel Rubio's zone, Tipi Delgado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Suarez came out of the goal and Tipi Delgado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Asensio Contreras took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dionisio Suarez. Dionisio Suarez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Albal CF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
