Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dracos FC's Flor Nueva started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joselito Alvarez didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 13th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Dracos FC's attentive Placido Ruiz managed to snatch the ball when Robustiano Gutierrez made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. The supporters of Marino F.C booed when Dracos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Ruiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Flor Nueva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joselito Alvarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flor Nueva in the 23rd minute of play forced Marino F.C's goalkeeper Joselito Alvarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleazar Echeto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Roger Velazquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Flor Nueva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joselito Alvarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubén Calatayud in the 29th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Maurino Duran kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joselito Alvarez. That made the score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. Flor Nueva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Joselito Alvarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flor Nueva in the 37th minute of play forced Marino F.C's goalkeeper Joselito Alvarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Marino F.C's Joselito Alvarez got control of the ball when Filiberto Galdamez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maurino Duran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the game, Dracos FC's Flor Nueva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joselito Alvarez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Eleazar Echeto charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleazar Echeto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Eleazar Echeto made the kick off in the second half. Maurino Duran took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joselito Alvarez. Marino F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A hard, long distance shot from Alexandro Ortiz flew over the goal. After 61 minutes, Flor Nueva made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Marino F.C's Joselito Alvarez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maurino Duran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Joselito Alvarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Marino F.C's zone, Flor Nueva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joselito Alvarez came out of the goal and Flor Nueva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Flor Nueva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joselito Alvarez was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Alexandro Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Joselito Alvarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flor Nueva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Dracos FC's Flor Nueva got a free kick in the 80th minute. If Maurino Duran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joselito Alvarez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flor Nueva went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the match, Marino F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Maurino Duran came free, but Joselito Alvarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flor Nueva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joselito Alvarez having to make a save. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Marino F.C's goalkeeper Joselito Alvarez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Dracos FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
