A collision led to Porto Colom SD getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Zadornin Bravo hit a great ball. Porto Colom SD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Alejandro Vazquez scored to the left of an out of position Ulises Laredo, making the score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Tres Cantos's Fulgencio Font got a free kick in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tres Cantos's zone, Ismael Ramiréz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toli Rojas came out of the goal and Ismael Ramiréz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th match minute, Porto Colom SD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Pedriza to maneuver through the defense. When Alejandro Vazquez, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 21 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ulises Laredo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Alberto Pedriza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute of the match, Emeterio Mudarra got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ulises Laredo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Toli Rojas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mancio Marines, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ismael Ramiréz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toli Rojas was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 37th match minute, Tres Cantos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xacobo Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Ismael Ramiréz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Tres Cantos defense, Mancio Marines kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toli Rojas. The Tres Cantos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toli Rojas should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute, Mancio Marines got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alejandro Vazquez was the one to do the kick off. When Mancio Marines came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Porto Colom SD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mancio Marines couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Ramiréz in the 54th minute of play forced Tres Cantos's goalkeeper Toli Rojas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mancio Marines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toli Rojas having to interfere. Toli Rojas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Ramiréz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mancio Marines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Ramiréz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Porto Colom SD's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Ismael Ramiréz came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Porto Colom SD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Ramiréz couldn't finish the play. If Ismael Ramiréz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toli Rojas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Ramiréz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After a rather tough play, Tres Cantos's Haroldo Santos got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Porto Colom SD's Eriz Torrente tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Toli Rojas was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Ismael Ramiréz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ismael Ramiréz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Porto Colom SD's Ismael Ramiréz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 90th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Porto Colom SD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
