Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) Llorenc Millán made the kick off and thus started the match. 2 minutes into the game, Iyan Guerrero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ballantines Wonderers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cardenete the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Iyan Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iyan Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Celio Roca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Poli Casals. Cardenete's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celio Roca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 19thth minute of the game Celio Roca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cardenete's Poli Casals was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ballantines Wonderers FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nazario Rienda in the 21st minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Cardenete's goalie and right to Iyan Guerrero. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Cardenete's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of Ballantines Wonderers FC booed when Cardenete was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose-Juan Palencia didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Josue Vuelta in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Poli Casals saved Cardenete from getting behind. A collision led to Cardenete getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gorka Aizpurua hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Josue Vuelta notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cardenete's Poli Casals. Poli Casals was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Josue Vuelta struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Poli Casals didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballantines Wonderers FC. If Josue Vuelta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Poli Casals came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Ballantines Wonderers FC's Josue Vuelta. But to his dismay, Josue Vuelta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The Cardenete players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ballantines Wonderers FC were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Josue Vuelta made the kick off in the second half. In the 57thth minute of the game Josue Vuelta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cardenete's Poli Casals was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celio Roca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Poli Casals came out and tried to block the shot, but Celio Roca slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 61st minute. Josue Vuelta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Poli Casals read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iyan Guerrero in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Poli Casals saved Cardenete from getting behind. In the 71st minute of the match, Apolo Zárate tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Poli Casals saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Llorenc Millán hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Josue Vuelta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Poli Casals having to interfere. Luis Moya hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Nazario Rienda in the 76th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Poli Casals's left hand side. Josue Vuelta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Llorenc Millán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ugutz Iglesias having to interfere. Poli Casals stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celio Roca's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. With a little luck, Cardenete's Poli Casals got control of the ball when Celio Roca tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Cardenete getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Llorenc Millán hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Ballantines Wonderers FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cardenete.
