Urantzia CD's Adulfo Jofre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Urantzia CD from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Viviano Elias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urantzia CD's supporters rose to their feet, but Viviano Elias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeru Viejo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Urantzia CD's Adulfo Jofre got control of the ball when Mitxel Balboa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adulfo Jofre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mitxel Balboa in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute Iker Carro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adulfo Jofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Heliodoro Hevia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeru Viejo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viviano Elias in the 33rd minute of the match. Víctor Sampil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Viviano Elias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Víctor Sampil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Zeru Viejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Iker Carro made the kick off in the second half. If Viviano Elias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Urantzia CD's zone, Iker Carro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adulfo Jofre came out of the goal and Iker Carro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iker Carro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute Iker Carro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adulfo Jofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adulfo Jofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mitxel Balboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Adulfo Jofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mitxel Balboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Carro in the 75th minute of play forced Urantzia CD's goalkeeper Adulfo Jofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iker Carro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Adulfo Jofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Víctor Sampil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urantzia CD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Víctor Sampil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Víctor Sampil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeru Viejo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viviano Elias in the 97th minute of play. 100 minutes into the match, Urantzia CD's Viviano Elias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeru Viejo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sant Joan De Moro fans cheered their team off the field, for while Urantzia CD had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
