The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cordeal Izaguirre helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, RESA S12 FC's Cordeal Izaguirre got a free kick in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Milio Vallejo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RESA S12 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.E Altafulla the free kick. After a rather tough play, RESA S12 FC's Milio Vallejo got a free kick in the 18th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Roberto Fabelo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leandro Borrás. That made the score 1-2 in the 27 minute of play. Leandro Borrás made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Porfiro Sánchez in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, RESA S12 FC's goalkeeper Leandro Borrás had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Fabelo. Üllo Eenmäe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milio Vallejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Üllo Eenmäe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Platon Nafría in the 39th minute of play. Platon Nafría fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Üllo Eenmäe having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calisto Ortiz in the 44th minute of play forced C.E Altafulla's goalkeeper Üllo Eenmäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Platon Nafría had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Üllo Eenmäe. C.E Altafulla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Platon Nafría was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roberto Fabelo was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th minute, Calisto Ortiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Üllo Eenmäe was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Platon Nafría capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Platon Nafría really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Calisto Ortiz got free with Üllo Eenmäe in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of RESA S12 FC booed when C.E Altafulla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manu Salan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cordeal Izaguirre lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in RESA S12 FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! Roberto Fabelo shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 95 minutes, César Vicente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RESA S12 FC and the C.E Altafulla players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match was over RESA S12 FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.E Altafulla throughout the match.
