The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teo Diaz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. MontRoig FC's Esquipula Espinosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Regis Montiel in the 7th minute of play. When Regis Montiel came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the PIFA 2010 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Regis Montiel couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute, MontRoig FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Andoni Zubizarreta fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Regis Montiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Regis Montiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Andoni Zubizarreta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, PIFA 2010's Aquilino Moreno got a free kick in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, MontRoig FC's Iago Sainz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Andoni Zubizarreta sped through MontRoig FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Esquipula Espinosa. After a rather tough play, PIFA 2010's Sinforiano Riells got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 90 minutes, Iago Sainz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MontRoig FC and the PIFA 2010 players grew even worse after the yellow card. 90 minutes into the game, one of MontRoig FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. PIFA 2010 made a substitution. Vaidas Tenys replaced Regis Montiel. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. PIFA 2010 fully deserved thier win.
