Spectators: 7284 (Terracing: 5465, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pacho Soto kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Riopar's Manolo Hidalgo got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 9 played minutes Riopar got a freekick which was hit by Ramond Justo. In the 16th minute, Aranguiz Olano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 19 minutes, Viviano Aranzubia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riopar and the U.de E.Gatunos y Gallinio players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes Riopar got a freekick which was hit by Viviano Aranzubia. James Valcarcel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yvon De Pablo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, one of Riopar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Riopar. After a rather tough play, U.de E.Gatunos y Gallinio's Aurelio Guerrero got a free kick in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the match, U.de E.Gatunos y Gallinio's goalkeeper Niceto Ferrer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Musko Calatayud. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Pacho Soto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riopar's supporters rose to their feet, but Pacho Soto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Ferrer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pacho Soto in the 47th minute of play forced U.de E.Gatunos y Gallinio's goalkeeper Niceto Ferrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Niceto Ferrer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viviano Aranzubia in the 54th minute of play. Aranguiz Olano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, James Valcarcel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 59th minute, Ramond Justo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. James Valcarcel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xan Casero in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aranguiz Olano in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg James Valcarcel saved Riopar from getting behind. James Valcarcel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aranguiz Olano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Pacho Soto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Ferrer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Ferrer came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Riopar's Pacho Soto. But to his dismay, Pacho Soto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 76 minutes into the game, Yvon De Pablo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of James Valcarcel. Yvon De Pablo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Viviano Aranzubia hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Aranguiz Olano might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over James Valcarcel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aranguiz Olano ran back to his position shaking his head. Yvon De Pablo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amaro Harroyo got free with James Valcarcel in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yvon De Pablo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. James Valcarcel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aranguiz Olano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without James Valcarcel having to interfere. James Valcarcel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yvon De Pablo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 95 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded U.de E.Gatunos y Gallinio left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Riopar.
