Oimbra's Bernat Ocaña got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jordi Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernat Ocaña in the 14th minute of the match. Víctor Abascal took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marin Salazar. Marin Salazar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Guifre Paris struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Marin Salazar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Mataos B. 27 minutes into the game, Víctor Abascal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Marin Salazar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jordi Freire made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Fertus Arraz sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the game, Taurino Ramos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Mataos B's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oimbra the free kick. After a rather tough play, CD Mataos B's Taurino Ramos got a free kick in the 37th minute. Víctor Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guifre Paris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Salazar having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Bernat Ocaña made the kick off in the second half. Marin Salazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Víctor Abascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Guifre Paris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marin Salazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Oimbra booed when CD Mataos B was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peio De la Torre didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CD Mataos B's zone, Fertus Arraz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jordi Freire came out of the goal and Fertus Arraz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 85 minutes, Pello Unzueta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oimbra and the CD Mataos B players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pello Unzueta hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Benet Roca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marin Salazar. Oimbra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marin Salazar made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Guifre Paris sent off a good shot on target. Guifre Paris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute.
