Kaiet Pena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Vallejo having to interfere. With a little luck, Guardiola's Xavier Vallejo got control of the ball when Lander Higuera tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Jrg Star's Kaiet Pena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xavier Vallejo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Uriel Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Dean in the 14th minute of play. Bernard Alabern hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Alberto Casado sped through Guardiola's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xavier Vallejo. 25 minutes into the game, Alberto Casado lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Xavier Vallejo. Xavier Vallejo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kaiet Pena in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Kaiet Pena reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xavier Vallejo. The goal made the score 3-0. Xavier Vallejo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Quico Coello showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 33 minute of play. Lander Higuera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Xavier Vallejo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 43 minutes, Adolfo Dean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guardiola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Dean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Feijo Valines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Uriel Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feijo Valines made a kick off. Xavier Vallejo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quico Coello, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Kaiet Pena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xavier Vallejo having to make a save. Xavier Vallejo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enaut Ballesteros in the 58th minute of play. If Kaiet Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Guardiola getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Demetrio Titos hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Kaiet Pena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xavier Vallejo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quico Coello, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feijo Valines in the 70th minute of play forced Jrg Star's goalkeeper Uriel Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Amadeo Azofra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jrg Star's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Azofra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xavier Vallejo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Quico Coello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Guardiola's goal looked a bit too open when Kaiet Pena came free, but Xavier Vallejo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quico Coello in the 78th minute of play forced Guardiola's goalkeeper Xavier Vallejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lander Higuera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Guardiola's zone, Kaiet Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavier Vallejo came out of the goal and Kaiet Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guardiola's Xavier Vallejo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lander Higuera in the 83rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Guardiola's zone, Quico Coello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavier Vallejo came out of the goal and Quico Coello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Guardiola defense, Alberto Casado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xavier Vallejo. The Guardiola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xavier Vallejo should have stopped the shot. If Lander Higuera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jrg Star's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
