Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) QUIJOTE CF's Quilino Huguet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 4 minutes, Gero Izquierdo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. QUIJOTE CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gero Izquierdo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gero Izquierdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonza Gimeno having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Pedro Sainz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Honorio Bencoiechea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Honorio Bencoiechea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Millán Ruiz in the 11th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Honorio Bencoiechea successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Javier Zubizarreta charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Javier Zubizarreta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of La Florida F.C. booed when QUIJOTE CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Zubizarreta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Pedro Sainz made a precise shot to the right of Honorio Bencoiechea. QUIJOTE CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 22nd minute, Roger Parra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, La Florida F.C.'s Pedro Sainz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorio Bencoiechea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Millán Ruiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorio Bencoiechea was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Millán Ruiz in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Honorio Bencoiechea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Honorio Bencoiechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Millán Ruiz in the 33rd minute of the match. Honorio Bencoiechea made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Sabino Quijana sent off a good shot on target. Millán Ruiz had several of the QUIJOTE CF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Honorio Bencoiechea as he didn't even see the shot coming. 44 minutes into the match, Pedro Sainz notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of QUIJOTE CF's Honorio Bencoiechea. Honorio Bencoiechea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Millán Ruiz made a kick off. Pedro Sainz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Bencoiechea having to interfere. Millán Ruiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Mambru Molina notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of QUIJOTE CF's Honorio Bencoiechea. Honorio Bencoiechea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Sainz in the 63rd minute of play forced QUIJOTE CF's goalkeeper Honorio Bencoiechea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frances Astudillo hit a great ball. Honorio Bencoiechea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Millán Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Pedro Sainz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Millán Ruiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Florida F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. In the 94th minute, Alanzo Uria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. La Florida F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
