After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Gabri Pedrosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azulones CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabri Pedrosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute Vidal Sevilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Azulones CF's Gabri Pedrosa in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A. Gabri Pedrosa took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Siro Arias. Siro Arias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 22nd minute, Macerio Maroto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Máximo Naranjo. The goal made the score 2-1. If Gabri Pedrosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Azulones CF's Vidal Sevilla in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A. Malaga Sport's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vidal Sevilla in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Siro Arias saved C.A. Malaga Sport from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Ramirez to make the kick off. Azulones CF's Gabri Pedrosa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 56th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Máximo Naranjo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Macerio Maroto in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, Azulones CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidal Sevilla to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 65 minutes, Macerio Maroto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Malaga Sport's supporters crossed their fingers, but Macerio Maroto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Siro Arias made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Gabri Pedrosa sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the match, C.A. Malaga Sport's Isaac Ramirez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Máximo Naranjo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Azulones CF's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Ramirez came free, but Máximo Naranjo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, C.A. Malaga Sport's goal looked a bit too open when Vidal Sevilla came free, but Siro Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Azulones CF's Máximo Naranjo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Macerio Maroto in the 85th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Azulones CF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! The referee gave C.A. Malaga Sport a penalty, 90 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rigoberto Navarro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Azulones CF's Máximo Naranjo. 3-3.
