In the 4thth minute of the game Eliseo Caballero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vilandeny AD's Kevin Cuadrado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicholas Ramis during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Tuñon a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rufino Ecija, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vilandeny AD's Kevin Cuadrado. 1-0. Bazil Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cebrián Campoamor having to interfere. Vilandeny AD's Kevin Cuadrado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Vilandeny AD from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Oswaldo Cabanela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cebrián Campoamor was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justo Cabanela got free with Kevin Cuadrado in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute of the match, Xesus Llorca got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kevin Cuadrado was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Justo Cabanela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Kevin Cuadrado made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Tuñon's Xesus Llorca got a free kick in the 36th minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Oswaldo Cabanela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vilandeny AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oswaldo Cabanela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oswaldo Cabanela's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cebrián Campoamor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Oswaldo Cabanela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cebrián Campoamor having to interfere. 44 minutes in the game, Eliseo Caballero fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kevin Cuadrado having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseo Caballero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Justo Cabanela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Cuadrado having to interfere. Oswaldo Cabanela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Oswaldo Cabanela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vilandeny AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Oswaldo Cabanela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cebrián Campoamor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Vilandeny AD booed when Tuñon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xesus Llorca didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Vilandeny AD's Oswaldo Cabanela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cebrián Campoamor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Vilandeny AD's Kevin Cuadrado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Cabanela in the 62nd minute of play. After having played for 64 minutes, Eliseo Caballero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuñon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Caballero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute Eliseo Caballero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Cuadrado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tuñon's Eliseo Caballero got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kevin Cuadrado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Caballero, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Oswaldo Cabanela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cebrián Campoamor having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Vilandeny AD's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Cabanela came free, but Kevin Cuadrado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oswaldo Cabanela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Cebrián Campoamor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Tuñon's goalkeeper Cebrián Campoamor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bazil Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Cebrián Campoamor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cebrián Campoamor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bazil Ramos in the 85th minute of play. Justo Cabanela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Cabanela in the 89th minute of play forced Vilandeny AD's goalkeeper Kevin Cuadrado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Justo Cabanela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevin Cuadrado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Caballero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Tuñon were victorious despite being under pressure from Vilandeny AD for much of the match.
