Campanet AD:s Arximiro Fuster showed great skill when he stopped Indartsu Villafane:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Morera in the 16th minute of play forced Campanet AD's goalkeeper Arximiro Fuster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arximiro Fuster came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Onitar CF's Enaut Echeto. But to his dismay, Enaut Echeto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Oto Nunez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Millán Pastor in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Anko Feliu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Campanet AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Onitar CF the free kick. The supporters of Onitar CF booed when Campanet AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anko Feliu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, José Morera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onitar CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Morera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ronaldo Bouzas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Millán Pastor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Oto Nunez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Luis-Jose Olle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Arximiro Fuster was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If José Morera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when José Morera made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Luis-Jose Olle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Onitar CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis-Jose Olle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arximiro Fuster breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute, José Morera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luis-Jose Olle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arximiro Fuster having to interfere. When José Morera came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Onitar CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Morera couldn't finish the play. When Ronaldo Bouzas came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Campanet AD fans jumped to their feet. Arximiro Fuster took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Morera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Onitar CF's José Morera got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arximiro Fuster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Morera in the 98th minute of play. Onitar CF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
