The tension between the Lazkao K.E and the UD Adeje players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernt Alströmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferrando Olano in the 6th minute of play. In the 7thth minute of the game Brion Landa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Adeje's Tabor Checa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 9th minute Ferrando Olano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Alströmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lazkao K.E booed when UD Adeje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ereinotz Japón didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Argoitz Izaguirre in the 14th minute really tested Tabor Checa's skills. In the 26th minute, Eliseo Mayor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UD Adeje fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Adolfo Raya's late challenge caught a Lazkao K.E's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adolfo Raya helped the player get up and apologised. Adolfo Raya hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Brion Landa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tabor Checa having to interfere. Tabor Checa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Argoitz Izaguirre. The supporters of Lazkao K.E booed when UD Adeje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Alfredo Munoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tabor Checa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Brion Landa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lazkao K.E's supporters rose to their feet, but Brion Landa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tabor Checa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in UD Adeje's zone, Aresti Cacheres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tabor Checa came out of the goal and Aresti Cacheres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brion Landa in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tabor Checa saved UD Adeje from getting behind. Lazkao K.E were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of UD Adeje for a fine match.
