Gabino Uria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esquipula Carballeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Les Salpes U.D.'s Esquipula Carballeira got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Les Salpes U.D.'s goalkeeper Aya Companys had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Teixeira. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Teixeira got free with Aya Companys in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Liri booed when Les Salpes U.D. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bastia Esperta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Liri's goal looked a bit too open when Bastia Esperta came free, but Gabino Uria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Les Salpes U.D. getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Bastia Esperta hit a great ball. The Liri fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Liri's Vicente Teixeira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 26 minutes of play, Les Salpes U.D.'s Bastia Esperta made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabino Uria was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bastian Cartagena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Bastia Esperta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Liri booed when Les Salpes U.D. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esquipula Carballeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Les Salpes U.D.'s goalkeeper Aya Companys, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hrvoje Domitrović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aya Companys read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. If Kaimo Aller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vicente Teixeira made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Les Salpes U.D.'s Tancredo Villalcazar got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Kaimo Aller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aya Companys having to interfere. Kuno Pulver struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Aya Companys didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liri. The supporters of Liri booed when Les Salpes U.D. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tancredo Villalcazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Vicente Teixeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Les Salpes U.D.'s Aya Companys was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vicente Teixeira in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aya Companys saved Les Salpes U.D. from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Les Salpes U.D.'s zone, Hrvoje Domitrović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aya Companys came out of the goal and Hrvoje Domitrović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78thth minute of the game Vicente Teixeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Les Salpes U.D.'s Aya Companys was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fran Casta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Aya Companys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vicente Teixeira in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aya Companys saved Les Salpes U.D. from getting behind. Hrvoje Domitrović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baraquiel Amorebieta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Vicente Teixeira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aya Companys. Les Salpes U.D.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Teixeira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. When Liri's Vicente Teixeira in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Les Salpes U.D.'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 95th minute, Hrvoje Domitrović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Liri's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
