In the 4th match minute, Tumbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Leon to maneuver through the defense. Frodo Ponte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frodo Ponte might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cortez Amorebieta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frodo Ponte ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Tumbo FC's zone, Frodo Ponte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cortez Amorebieta came out of the goal and Frodo Ponte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 13th minute, Danilo Cameno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Barberá got a throw-in 16 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Cristobal Leon. In the 17th minute Cristobal Leon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vistruario Ramirez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frodo Ponte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Cortez Amorebieta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frodo Pontes short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Cortez Amorebieta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Vistruario Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gorka Macia in the 30th minute of play. Vistruario Ramirez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Cameno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the game, Tumbo FC's Cristobal Leon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vistruario Ramirez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Frodo Ponte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cortez Amorebieta having to interfere. Gorka Macia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vistruario Ramirez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gorka Macia to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorka Macia in the 51st minute of play forced Los Dragones de Komodo's goalkeeper Vistruario Ramirez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Modesto Puig shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 58 minutes into the match, Los Dragones de Komodo's goalkeeper Vistruario Ramirez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gervasio Coira. Nazario Jurado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Cortez Amorebieta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nesto Alacuart received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vistruario Ramirez came out and tried to block the shot, but Nesto Alacuart slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, Los Dragones de Komodo's Vistruario Ramirez got control of the ball when Cristobal Leon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristobal Leon scored 0-4 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vistruario Ramirez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd minute, Roberto Barberá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frodo Ponte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Gervasio Coira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vistruario Ramirez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gorka Macia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Dragones de Komodo's Vistruario Ramirez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nesto Alacuart in the 80th minute of play. Troyes Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cortez Amorebieta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Troyes Castro ran back to his position shaking his head. 86 minutes into the match, Tumbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Troyes Castro came free, but Cortez Amorebieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Coira came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vistruario Ramirez could save by the left post. 91 minutes into the match, Tumbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Pais came free, but Cortez Amorebieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nazario Jurado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cortez Amorebieta having to make a save. The Tumbo FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
