Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Emmanuel Beloki got the match started through his kick off. When Emmanuel Beloki came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Real Madrid CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emmanuel Beloki couldn't finish the play. Jerold Aguilo came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Fenolleda's Geleberto Crespo. But to his dismay, Geleberto Crespo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Fenolleda's Tonete Torres got a free kick in the 15th minute. If Emmanuel Beloki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tonete Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tonete Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inguma Garzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Olle in the 31st minute of play. Eliu Mondejar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Real Madrid CF's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Gibert came free, but Jerold Aguilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fenolleda were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Real Madrid CF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Geleberto Crespo took the corner. Dabi Macías was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When Dabi Macías fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenolleda's protests and gave Dabi Macías a yellow card for diving instead. Dabi Macías kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Inguma Garzon made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Nuno Olle sent off a good shot on target. If Geleberto Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Abad kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Jerold Aguilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geleberto Crespo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Eliu Mondejar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenolleda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The supporters of Fenolleda booed when Real Madrid CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Alfredo Dagora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Madrid CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Nuno Olle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inguma Garzon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th match minute, Fenolleda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Herrera to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Emmanuel Beloki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Emmanuel Beloki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
