The referee ignored Peña Bufanda's protests and gave Andoni Antunez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Peña Bufanda getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Andoni Antunez hit a great ball. Dionisio Losantos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tipi Alarcon in the 46th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andoni Antunez in the 47th minute of play forced Getxo AFC's goalkeeper Dionisio Losantos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andoni Antunez ran back to his position shaking his head. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Getxo AFC! After a rather tough play, Getxo AFC's Lazaro Herrero got a free kick in the 70th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tipi Alarcon got free with Dionisio Losantos in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Andoni Antunez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dionisio Losantos was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Getxo AFC's goalkeeper Dionisio Losantos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tipi Alarcon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Dionisio Losantos when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
