Ekialde Garay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 15 minutes into the game, Aldo Raya was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Cogollos Vega C.F.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrean Gol the free kick. In the 15th minute, Aldo Raya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florencio Carmona's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ekialde Garay firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Arrean Gol getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Fiz Lacorte hit a great ball. Real Cogollos Vega C.F.'s Dantel Bermudez got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldo Raya was the one to do the kick off. When Real Cogollos Vega C.F.'s Aldo Raya in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ekialde Garay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigfrido Jaen went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Loreto Huerta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dantel Bermudez went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 73rd minute, Aldo Raya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arrean Gol made a substitution. Eliu Talavera replaced Sigfrido Jaen. Aldo Raya hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Ekialde Garay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Carmona in the 77th minute of play. Dantel Bermudez kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After 89 played minutes Arrean Gol got a freekick which was hit by Nacho Beloki. Florencio Carmona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ekialde Garay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Nacho Beloki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Ekialde Garay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Arrean Gol had played much better football throughout.
