Ibiza City FC's Marcial Macho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Ibiza City FC from getting a goal against them. After 10 played minutes Ibiza City FC got a freekick which was hit by Pepito Baltanas. Thanks to some nice moves Reynaldo Valdés could shoot a difficult shot in the 11th minute, which Marcial Macho however easily saved by the left post. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcial Macho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

After 54 played minutes, Alcover's Alberto Folch shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcial Macho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alcover reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerold Gomar in the 67th minute of play forced Ibiza City FC's goalkeeper Marcial Macho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Alcover's Iban Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Macho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. The supporters of Alcover booed when Ibiza City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henric Ziguenza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Iban Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcial Macho was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Iban Sancho charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iban Sancho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ibiza City FC booed when Alcover was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iban Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ibiza City FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
