Aurelio Escurza kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Zeru Galnares's late challenge caught a AGUADULCE FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeru Galnares helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th match minute, Caldas F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeru Galnares to maneuver through the defense. Eloy De Pablo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvar Zubizarreta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Andrea Cainzos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eloy De Pablo struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Andrea Cainzos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AGUADULCE FC. In the 29th minute, Barea Gil reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vaden Sabina. The goal made the score 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in AGUADULCE FC's zone, Garibaldo Vacas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vaden Sabina came out of the goal and Garibaldo Vacas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Garibaldo Vacas got free with Vaden Sabina in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eloy De Pablo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, AGUADULCE FC's Gorosti Dellasierra got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 42 minutes of play, Caldas F.C.'s Garibaldo Vacas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vaden Sabina was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eloy De Pablo to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy De Pablo in the 51st minute of play forced Caldas F.C.'s goalkeeper Andrea Cainzos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The attack was good, but when Eloy De Pablo in the 52nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A collision led to Caldas F.C. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Zeru Galnares hit a great ball. During the 63rd minute of the match Zeru Galnares completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zeru Galnares a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 64 played minutes Caldas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Zeru Galnares. Caldas F.C.'s Andrea Cainzos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvar Zubizarreta in the 65th minute of play. When Barea Gil came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Caldas F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barea Gil couldn't finish the play. Andrea Cainzos made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Alvar Zubizarreta sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Barea Gil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caldas F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Barea Gil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vaden Sabina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Eloy De Pablo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrea Cainzos was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Nikola Carreira hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the match, Caldas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eloy De Pablo came free, but Andrea Cainzos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
