With a little luck, Once Unidos's Haroldo Machado got control of the ball when Ceferino Coira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute, Vielha FC's Tuste Villafane dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Haroldo Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Coira in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuste Villafane in the 25th minute of play forced Once Unidos's goalkeeper Haroldo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Ponce Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Once Unidos's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tuste Villafane 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. Blasco Laredo's late challenge caught a Vielha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blasco Laredo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Ceferino Coira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vielha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 38 minutes into the game, Alain Etxeberria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Haroldo Machado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alain Etxeberria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Haroldo Machado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Once Unidos's Haroldo Machado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Once Unidos from getting a goal against them. Alain Etxeberria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Haroldo Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Once Unidos's Haroldo Machado got control of the ball when Ceferino Coira tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Herminio Gasso was the one to do the kick off. Xanti Fonticoba charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xanti Fonticoba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes Once Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Xanti Fonticoba. Haroldo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Coira in the 52nd minute of play. The corner ended in Alain Etxeberria almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Once Unidos's Haroldo Machado did a great save. 55 minutes into the match, Alain Etxeberria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haroldo Machado. Once Unidos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alain Etxeberria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Uria in the 58th minute of play forced Vielha FC's goalkeeper Rosario Bouzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berdaitz Quintanilla hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 63 minutes, Ceferino Coira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vielha FC and the Once Unidos players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vielha FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ceferino Coira hit a great ball. Haroldo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alain Etxeberria in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Vielha FC booed when Once Unidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Talavera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haroldo Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alain Etxeberria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Alain Etxeberria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosario Bouzon was a little too slow when Abel Uria got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 7-1. 81 minutes into the game, Goyo Rallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vielha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Once Unidos the free kick. Goyo Rallo kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Once Unidos's goal looked a bit too open when Alain Etxeberria came free, but Haroldo Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rosario Bouzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Uria, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Ceferino Coira notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Once Unidos's Haroldo Machado. Haroldo Machado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 91 minutes, Oscar Izaguirre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vielha FC and the Once Unidos players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Coira in the 95th minute of play forced Once Unidos's goalkeeper Haroldo Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Machado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alain Etxeberria's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Vielha FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
