When Ofelio Fonticoba fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Lliçà's protests and gave Ofelio Fonticoba a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of AE PRAT booed when AC Lliçà was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ofelio Fonticoba didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, AC Lliçà's goalkeeper Llope Galego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joanes Benito. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joanes Benito got free with Llope Galego in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michael Bencoiechea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Llope Galego came out and tried to block the shot, but Michael Bencoiechea slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Cruz Saavedra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llope Galego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to AC Lliçà getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Chus Macías hit a great ball. In the 31st match minute, AC Lliçà was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ofelio Fonticoba to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute Michael Bencoiechea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llope Galego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 35th minute of the match Ofelio Fonticoba completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ofelio Fonticoba a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ofelio Fonticoba kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Fabián Puyol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Silvano Soler made the kick off in the second half. Michael Bencoiechea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llope Galego having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Joanes Benito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Llope Galego. AC Lliçà's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joanes Benito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. AC Lliçà's Llope Galego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Bencoiechea in the 59th minute of play. Llope Galego came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by AE PRAT's Michael Bencoiechea. But to his dismay, Michael Bencoiechea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Cruz Saavedra kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Silvano Soler scored 3-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Moreno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Llope Galego came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by AE PRAT's Joanes Benito. But to his dismay, Joanes Benito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Silvano Soler charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano Soler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 played minutes AC Lliçà got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Soler. AE PRAT's Joanes Benito got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Llope Galego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joanes Benito, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 86th minute, but Oscar Moreno got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving AE PRAT hanging dry this time. 89 minutes into the game, Silvano Soler recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Oscar Moreno. Silvano Soler showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC Lliçà's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Michael Bencoiechea was slow to take the kick. During this time AE PRAT's players had a chance to rest. AC Lliçà's Llope Galego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Bencoiechea in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AE PRAT fully deserved thier win.
