With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mats Lindström in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bartolomé Orozco saved RaYo GiJoNéS from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mats Lindström in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolomé Orozco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. UD Tomasso LPGC's Donato Sengrat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save UD Tomasso LPGC from getting a goal against them. UD Tomasso LPGC's Archibaldo Treviño got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donato Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heliodoro Noya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donato Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heliodoro Noya in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Asteri Jorquera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD Tomasso LPGC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RaYo GiJoNéS the free kick. In the 39th minute Mats Lindström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolomé Orozco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in UD Tomasso LPGC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute.
