Camden Town Bears's Toli Bajo got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Larra Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, RaYo GiJoNéS's Chinto Ruiz got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 26th match minute, Camden Town Bears was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Ecija to maneuver through the defense. If Toli Bajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as RaYo GiJoNéS's Chinto Ruiz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Desiderio Vicente. That made the score 2-0 after 34 minutes of play. Camden Town Bears's Desiderio Vicente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chinto Ruiz in the 39th minute of play. Desiderio Vicente was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Chinto Ruiz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chinto Ruiz really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. RaYo GiJoNéS's Bartolomé Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toli Bajo in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chinto Ruiz was the one to do the kick off. Antonio Lacorte took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Desiderio Vicente. Desiderio Vicente dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Toli Bajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desiderio Vicente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chinto Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Desiderio Vicente was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Camden Town Bears's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
