After 85 minutes, Olo Orbiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cali FC and the Centipenes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th minute, one of Cali FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cali FC. 0-4 came through a penalty shot after 87 played minutes, when Centipenes:s Frantzes Palomares calmly waited for Cali FC:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Benito Prats was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
