Cordareo Sabina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tito Vila having to make a save. Lastur Barrientos kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. MIRA CF's Timoteo Gonzáles got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cordareo Sabina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tito Vila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Lastur Barrientos hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Cordareo Sabina managed to get in a good position for a shot. MIRA CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Cordareo Sabina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tito Vila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xuoco Izquierdo hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Tomi Gil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petronio Checa, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Edur Benito dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tito Vila, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Petronio Checa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cordareo Sabina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tito Vila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Gonzáles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timoteo Gonzáles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Tito Vila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Timoteo Gonzáles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tito Vila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tito Vila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Gonzáles in the 83rd minute of play. Petronio Checa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tomi Gil came out and tried to block the shot, but Petronio Checa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 87th minute. In the 94th minute Cordareo Sabina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tito Vila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Although MIRA CF had been in control for most of the match, Rosario Central still came away with the win.
