Pablo Canyelles ran back to his position shaking his head. Cebo Rico kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. With a little luck, GRS FC's Neto Armada got control of the ball when Florencio Teruel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gai Sevilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neto Armada having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Oriol Fonticoba managed to get in a good position for a shot. GRS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oriol Fonticoba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Airas Orozco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Oriol Fonticoba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oriol Fonticoba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Pablo Canyelles came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the GRS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Canyelles couldn't finish the play. If Oriol Fonticoba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Airas Orozco made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Oriol Fonticoba sent off a good shot on target. Pablo Canyelles took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Airas Orozco. Airas Orozco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oriol Fonticoba in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Airas Orozco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to GRS FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Colas Merino hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes GRS FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Garzon. Gai Sevilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The RCTTViL supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching GRS FC's performance. The match ended with a win for GRS FC.
