With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cordareo Sabina in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Veremundo Sánchez saved Siu FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordareo Sabina in the 4th minute of play forced Siu FC's goalkeeper Veremundo Sánchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Veremundo Sánchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Gonzáles, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Marcelo De la Torre's late challenge caught a MIRA CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelo De la Torre helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MIRA CF booed when Siu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo De la Torre didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Claus De Pedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Timoteo Gonzáles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claus De Pedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Tomi Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claus De Pedro got free with Tomi Gil in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 36 played minutes MIRA CF got a freekick which was hit by Edur Benito. Veremundo Sánchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Gonzáles in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Tobia in the 42nd minute of play forced Siu FC's goalkeeper Veremundo Sánchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Cordareo Sabina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veremundo Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veremundo Sánchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordareo Sabina in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. In the 79th minute of the match, Timoteo Gonzáles got a very nice opportunity to score, but Veremundo Sánchez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vladimiro Sainz kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Claus De Pedro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomi Gil was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.
