The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Austin Morales in the 4th minute of play forced F.C Capital's goalkeeper Rafael Pantoja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymon Clemente in the 15th minute of play forced Enoteca F.C.'s goalkeeper Odon Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candido Alcalde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odon Alonso having to interfere. Odon Alonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xoan Pardo in the 21st minute of the match. Alfons Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odon Alonso having to interfere. Torcuato Bravo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Odon Alonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filiberto Sobrado during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes Enoteca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Sobrado. After 45 played minutes F.C Capital got a freekick which was hit by Raymon Clemente. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torcuato Bravo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Enoteca F.C. booed when F.C Capital was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raymon Clemente didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Enoteca F.C. defense, Xoan Pardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Odon Alonso. The Enoteca F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Odon Alonso should have stopped the shot. Alfons Puig might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Odon Alonso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfons Puig ran back to his position shaking his head. Filiberto Sobrado was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 63rd match minute, Enoteca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Sobrado to maneuver through the defense. Alfons Puig struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Odon Alonso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C Capital. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salvador Carmona in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Pantoja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Alfons Puig fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C Capital's protests and gave Alfons Puig a yellow card for diving instead. If Xoan Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Torcuato Bravo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Odon Alonso. The goal made the score 2-2. Xoan Pardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Odon Alonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. If Xoan Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torcuato Bravo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Austin Morales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Rafael Pantoja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. F.C Capital were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
