In the 44thth minute of the game Amancio Hevia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Restabal CF's Damian Cichewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. David Echavarri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Amorebieta in the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Sporting de Veles's Amancio Hevia got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugenio Duarte kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Echavarri. That made the score 2-1 in the 56 minute of play. David Echavarri made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Eugenio Duarte sent off a good shot on target. Pio Reyes made in the 66th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sporting de Veles's Polifemo Ballesteros. In the 67thth minute of the game Amancio Hevia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Restabal CF's Damian Cichewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. David Echavarri was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eugenio Duarte showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 68 minute of play. Restabal CF's Damian Cichewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Hevia in the 71st minute of play.
